I would apply now and when you get to the HPRB you can state that your TS clearance is adjudicated or you can have you security manager write a memo stating the TS clearance investigation process.

I'm not sure the "mandate" has been issued but the AG and MDP has issued statements saying to disregard any good reason questions and proceed forward with the application.

Shes not going back on her word, just lost that battle in court multiple times. Now there is no where to go for her agenda. She can Appeal to the SCOTUS but that would make it the law of the land, every state would be shall issue at that point. Any state with a good reason or G&S clause would be...
So if they had appealed to SCOTUS and lost, that ruling would have been nation wide?
