They are way quicker than I ever imagined! Our dog got out when the mom and babies were next to the house, and they disappeared in the blink of an eye. When we got the dog inside they started slowly dropping one by one down from a nearby tree. They were pretty entertaining to watch!

I went through a couple boxes and it worked fine, save for one failure to fully camber a round, but I think that my daughter may have been holding a little loose. As for gunk, not sure we short enough to notice any difference.
Can you explain a bit? I’ve heard stories about people using vacant land for years with out the owners permission/knowledge, and then having some sort of legal claim when owners attempt to sale. But I’ve never been sure if those are true or just rumors.
Slightly higher, but not too bad. We did 20% down on a 7/1 ARM with a rate of 3.2% (plan is to pay it off in a few years). If I recall, a different bank (don’t remember which one) required 25% down for a 30-year fixed, but that rate was a bit higher...maybe low to mid 4s. This was all around...
