I figured I would ask this question here since there seems to be a good amount of experience in MDShooters on people moving out of state and getting new jobs.
So I’ve been trying to move to Raleigh, NC for a while but am having no luck in getting my foot in the door with any companies down...
I guess MSNBC wasn't satisfied with getting beaten in their carry poll. Now they have a background check poll.
Currently

Time to get those numbers to reverse.
Looks like we lost this battle. So tired of hearing about public safety when there is zero evidence showing that these will actually increase safety.

Been wanting to get into some sort of stick fighting for a while but my searches have been coming up dry. Anyone know of any places around the Baltimore City area?
Amazon just launched a program where you can sign into their new program, Amazon Smile, and select a non-profit. They'll donate 0.5% of every purchase to the organization. This is a perfect way to make pro gun donations while getting everyday items.
Here's the link: https://smile.amazon.com/
Just got this email:
"To pass legislation in Congress, we need to convince wavering Senators that keeping guns away from criminals and the dangerously mentally ill will save lives, and that leaders who support gun responsibility win elections.
That's why every election that pits a principled...
Looks like they are going after another one. Let's see how quickly they can gather all the signatures needed.

I normally opposed universal background checks but I would probably support a package saying that if we gave them UBCs, they would give us a complete ban on “Assault Weapon” Bans and magazine bans and make all states “Shall Issue” for CCW.
I wonder what the majority of congresspeople would say...

Texas man with a concealed carry permit kills 11 people. I was really hoping that we could go a while (AKA forever) without another mass shooting. I don’t get people, how about we...

Who would have guessed that focusing on social issues and trying to actually help the inner city poor change their lifestyle would help reduce gun violence as opposed to taking guns away from non...
So I am thinking about moving to Howard, Baltimore, or Carroll County. I currently live in the city but want to be closer to Owings Mills and was wondering which one would be the most beneficial. I figure Carroll would be the most enjoyable to live in but Baltimore is more swingish in terms of...
While this one is British and doesn't affect us, everyone should have the right to firearms. Time to repeal the British gun laws and just laugh when gun grabbers say we should be more like Europe.

Looks like people in California are getting around the laws by building their own AKs for personal use. Would be great if we could do this in MD but they put in the no manufacturing section of the law which kills it for us.

Looks like a pretty cool machine. Would be helpful for us if we can ever repeal the MD AWB.

Looks like there is no stopping the plastic gun wave at this point. I'm just waiting for the first 50 cal rifle to get made at this point.
I rarely listen to this program but if anyone has time you should listen to it live and call in if you can to add to the conversation about this bill.
