      Forend nut keeps coming unscrewed

      Seems like after every few rounds, the forend nut on my Mossberg 500 comes unscrewed. I've got a forend wrench and try to get it nice and tight. Anyone have an idea why it may be doing this? Maybe I need to replace the whole forend assembly?
