Just for reference, here are the production numbers for each manufacturer offered and the potential percent representation of that pool. These are the seven manufacturers confirmed by the CMP to be available in this release. Rather crude, but might help folks visualize the probability of...
down the rabbit hole
Yep, I spent awhile today reading the CMP forum. I sent in my order form as well. Hopefully I get one...and I am not too picky about manufacturer or stock type.
Same here. Had a March renewal date but got forms returned in December and the new license just three weeks later. I was shocked at the rapid turn around.
Just noticed that my Field Grade IHC popped up in my e-store account. I never received a DBU...was worried that I would just get an FU instead...
No serial number is assigned in the e-store as of yet, but hopefully tomorrow it will show up and it gets shipped soon after.
I am pretty psyched...
You are very right. I hope those prices that Classic just posted don't become the "new normal" pricing moving forward. Those prices were still about $25-30 more than I thought they were going to be.
It does look like the M91/30 to me as well. Not sure why they are being so secretive about it unless they are just unnecessarily hyping "THE LAST MOSINS EVER!11!" again. Does anyone really believe that anymore? Is Ukraine the only source for Mosin Nagants? I would like to cull my herd by...
You might try to sell a few other items first in order to better establish your reputation as a seller. You might get a little more money when you auction the big ticket item with a couple other items under your belt. So, if you have other gun parts, surplus clips, ammo, or even cheaper rifles...
Here is mine
Well, here is mine. The import mark is under the barrel. It has the black plastic grips and the lanyard ring. Now I have to go investigate the various stamps and figure out how old it is.
Import mark
AIM Surplus had these last July as well and sold out in about 1 hour. They used the exact same pictures in this round as last time BUT they didn't include the photo of the import stamp. I have attached that one so you can see what it was like on the last batch. This was...
Now THAT one I will shoot when you bring it to Berwyn! The Desert Eagle...not so much! I could feel it in my eyes when you guys were shooting that beast at the pistol range.
Yup, that was me. You guys were over there shooting that hand cannon at the pistol range...and I was plinking away at the berm. I didn't even put up a target as I just wanted to fire off a couple boxes just to test the ammo. On the plus side, the rifles weren't all that dirty when I cleaned...
.22 lr at Czech Point
Czech Point has some surplus Sellier and Bellot .22lr from the 1980s or 90s. If you buy the 6250 round case it is about $.08/round. I know, it isn't a great price, but, hey, at least you get a cool wooden crate as well. You can also buy it in lots of 250 or 1000 rounds...
If anyone has some tax refund money burning through their pockets...the Elmer Keith Estate collection of rare firearms has hit the market. Check out these two auctions:

So did the bandoleers of .303! I got both .30-06 and .303 HXP and all of mine were nice...and so far they have all gone bang when I pulled the trigger.
