      Is there a way for me to go with a shorter barrel to run a suppressor with it? Currently the MPX is running an 8" barrel and I would like to go down to 4.5" I just bought a omega 9k, which is 4.7" I am thinking no, but that can't count as OAL correct? Are there any way around this...

      Yep. There is a new form 1 that has 3 parts and the last part goes to MSP but only to notify them. If you file as individual now you do not require CLEO sign off anymore. You would only need to let them know you are filing a form 1. I don't think this affect you if you have filed prior...

      yep! you get the application number / PIN in email almost immediately after you complete the 77R. I did my 77R on my laptop, got the app number / pin in email. And my FFL immediately enters that info into his computer. Pay the $10 fee and wait 7 days. I think that's what you are asking...
