      SIAGA -VEPR after 1 OCT?

      So searching the forums.... can't get a clear answer..... is the SIAGA-12 (VEPR) gonna be banned after OCT 1? Trying to figure if I can go with my original plan and get a SIG M-400 now, and the SIAGA-12 AFTER 1 OCT.... or do I need to drop the coin on them both now?.... thanks!
