      Delegate Dwyers "Militia" email list is separate from his legislative one. The legislative one is monitored by the state while the "Militia" one.......shouldn't be :D

      From what I understand we are grandfathered as long as they are purchased before 10/1 Training not required for prior legal gun owners. I believe the license will be required for new purchase.
