      Black Powder and the Brady Law

      An acquaintance who works at the La Plata Wal-Mart tells me their sporting goods department has just received some BP muzzleloaders that require a background check to purchase. I have no other info than that but will have a look this weekend. Has anyone else heard mention of this?
