      2021 feinstein awb

True but what exactly did he learn? Changing election laws, statehood for DC/PR...the lesson wasn't to follow decorum - it was to take the gov and keep it. 300 judges? meaningless if they pack the high court with liberal activists. Sorry to be negative.

      2021 feinstein awb

What am I missing I kind of went info a depression in November. I'm trying to catch up now and finding pretty much what I expected. What confuses me is the NRA - where the heck are they? I just checked the ILA site. They have a lame statement about registration as if facts might matter and...

      Problems with 308 velocity

I actually have a Lee collet neck sizing die that I've never used. It has a decapper so I would have to take that out to use it after the FL sizing/prime station. Would that work or should I look at a new die?

      Problems with 308 velocity

My sizing die has a button that sets the inside diameter of the neck. It's not adjustable so I just buffed a few thousandths off it. Now the neck is a little smaller and holds the bullet better. I think the bullet tends to stick to the seating die and that was causing differences in seating...

      Problems with 308 velocity

Thanks! I got it! Before today Rifle reloading has nothing but equipment issues and learning experiences. I really appreciate being able to bounce this off you guys. So....the answer was....neck tension. I loaded a series of 5 loads with 4 of each. I varies the powder in o.4g increments...

      Problems with 308 velocity

I've seen Eric Cortana discuss this relating to seating depth but it makes sense that velocity would work the same way. Ordinarily I'd be willing to test in 0.1g increments but with components being hard to find can I make it work in say 0.2 or 0.3g steps?

      Problems with 308 velocity

I appreciate all the advice. 'll put together some 45.5g and 46g loads and hopefully check them out tomorrow. Wish me luck!

      Problems with 308 velocity

This was my first thought as well. The only other primers I have available are magnums. Unless someone wants to swap, primer options are non-existant.

      Problems with 308 velocity

Thanks for the questions. Charges were measured on my digital Chargemaster 1500. Each charge read exactly 45g. All brass was FL sized. I didn't feel anything unusual when seating the bullets. I agree that 45g is below max. QL predicted 2642fps at the muzzle and I measured 2550 10ft from...

      Problems with 308 velocity

I'm a long time pistol reloader but have stayed away from rifle until recently. My velocities are varying by up to 90fps, I'm not sure where to start. I'm loading 308 with new Starline brass, Remington 9-1/2 primers, 45g RE15 and 150g Hornady SST pills. The new brass is consistent within 1g...

      Getting tired of losing

I've been feeling the same. Looking at the vote graphs for GA it's clear that they weren't prepared for Trump's support but should be ready for the runoff's. If we lose the senate, cryin chuck will pack the court and all is lost. It's a pretty gloomy picture but I'm not a negative person...

      Bank Of America caves

Thanks for replying! I think you may have missed my point. NRA is suggesting that we complain to the federal consumer financial protection bureau. I was looking for ideas on that not my letters to BOA. As expected, the letters to BOA were a waste of time. I did get a response from the...

      Bank Of America caves

Help me out here fellas, I wrote letters to every everyone on the board of directors. Haven't heard back yet but it's still early. NRA just sent a link to the CFPB website urging everyone to file a complaint. I don't want to move my accounts but I will if this decision stands. What I...

Yet another reason Dicks Sporting Goods will fail

I used to shop st SA then they stopped selling guns so I stopped going. Seems like Dick's has taken a step in the same direction. There's no making the libs happy. I bet they start slowly moving away from outdoor stuff and concentrating on overpriced clothing and accessories just like SA...
