      Havent bought a handgun since new law need help...

      So I am honorably discharged after 10 years in the navy and it seems like I don't have to take the class to get my HQL permit but do I need to get fingerprinted then? Also if I need to get fingerprints how do I get that done? And finally I found a link to online HQL application but its broken...

      New C&R and MDC apps in!

      I just mailed off my C&R and my MD designated collector (to MD state AND to anne arundel police chief). Next question is how long should the wait be for both of these in the current climate? Any tips on moving the process along or things to avoid/do would be appriciated. -James
