Im newish to reloading so not a lot of experience. Had a question about reloading 45/70 300gr bullets with no cannelure. Is it ok to reload and crimp down bullets or does it need cannelure? Some say yes you can some say needs cannelure...this is for a Marlin lever action
So I recently have seen red dots on pistols so it got me thinking about getting a red dot for my wifes pistol. Are the pistol bracket adapters ok? or is it better to get it machined and drill and tapped for a red dot? Vortex has an adapter but I dont know which would be best. I dont really care...

Well here is Jo jo...We bought her for hunting shed antlers and hopefully deer tracking. I started her out with a trainer for a couple of throws and I gave her a real one I found recently to try and she seemed to prefer the real one over the fake one! So as her training comes along I'll post...
