      2 Years Now Since Judge Leggs Decision 3-5-12

      And other than SB281 getting shoved down our throats and our non "good and substantial" reason carry permits getting denied ( 1 of 365 ), nothing has changed. Hopefully SCOTUS grants cert to Drake next month. Even if cert is granted (although very unlikely), it'll still be sometime late next...
