thats a good question. I do not use one of their stocks, i use a MFT stock. My guess would be that the buffer tube is .xx thickness regardless of brand, (although milspec vs commercial may differ) and they simply do not mill all the flute all the way through. Its the only way that makes sense...
ok well obviously you have your opinion on my intentions, and i know what my intentions were. You take my directness as rude and disrespectful. You take my matter of fact approach on the way mechanics work as a chip on my shoulder. You take being able to have respect for someone for what they...
Whole lotta butt hurt around here for somw grown ass men getting corrected on miss quoating someone. This is pretty commical the way ya'll conduct your selves.
Is that it?...lol You caught me misusing one word. Bravo to the grammar police.
For those still interested; I ran the rifle more today. A 1/4 turn on trigger pull adjustment fixed the light primmer strike issue. With the Elf trigger, if its set to light, every once in awhile it wont...
Youll have to forgive me for correcting you on miss quoting me, and asking for more than blanket statments... Is that wromg of me? Im not the kind of person who excepts that. Id rather have more in depth information...
I got everything together today. Trigger is really nice. I had about 5 light primmer strikes out of 120 rds. Im not sure why.
Also i have an issue with the BCM charging handle binding on the PWS buffer tube where the set screws are on top. Its just a little too tall. Im going to fill...
Most of the parts have come in. I'm still waiting on my Upper, Barrel, and Saftery Selector from SWFA.com. The scope was supposed to arrive yesterday, but I guess the FedEx guy got tired and went home cause it didnt show up.
I purchased a 1-1/6" crows foot for the Barrel nut...its wrong. I...
I have a Magpul BEV on the way for barrel and muzzle device instalation.
The gas tube toll pin is the only one i need to install. Tye Seekins lower is a set screw lower. Ill still need then to work on the bolt though. The forward assist is already installed in the upper as well.
As far as...
Im sure they are, most shops are $70+. Im not sure what Finch's labor rate is, but I figure if Boss281 doenst like their price, he probably wont like mine much either, which is 100% understandable! Im certainly willing to take it on though. I would bet on it being a pto switch or clutch...
Exactlly what i would suggest. Is start with the switch. Honestly youre not going to like my shop rate over finches that much better. I charge $50/hr plus parts
:party29:
Same here. Not to mention, I know exactly how it was put together; right or wrong. And if it was wrong, I have no one to blame but my self! I simply do not trust very many people to work on my stuff.
