      Is a 300BLK AR pattern rifle regulated or not? Would you transfer one non regulated?

      I understand that they are over in Winchester. Has anyone here made the trip out to see them. Do they have a showroom, and if so a good selection of their wares. I know i could just call, but I would like to the scope from MD Shooters as well.
