tdt91 is exactly right. waterproofing in the basement is the last step. I was a private home inspector for 14 years, over 7000 home inspections. almost all basement water problems are exterior surface problems best corrected outside.
I am not clear on this. The mineral rights were sold off so when you potentially buy you cannot get the mineral rights? How does fracking play into this issue? I assume fracking would be decided by who owns the mineral rights. I wouldn't buy land if someone else could come on the property and...
Thanks for all your input. I ordered a 40 buck Streamlight LED and and gouing to put it up against my 6p. If ok, then I will get mounts for each, prob from elzetta. This is a great site for getting advice.
I like slickguns. Seems to be a site that lists all the other sites best deals, and gives you a link to them. I also always factor in the shipping. Sometimes best price is not so good when they hammer you on shipping. I will pay a bit more and take free shipping if it works out less. Sportsmans...
Any of you have recommendations for winter camping? My son is AROTC, a sophomore at VT. We are planning on going out when he is home on winter break. Don't want to go in Md, because we plan to take rifles and prob handguns. He has his ideas about how we are doing this. No tents, small cook stove...
Below posted from a thread above: love the pistol, hate the mag situation.
I bought an M&P 22 for my 2 daughters age 10 and 13. We all love it, but the problem is getting mags for it. Smith has lost me as a customer for 2 reasons. Who the hell gives only 1 mag anymore. And if they are...

I have that Husky bag from Home Depot. It is tough and holds a lot of stuff. But I am constantly changing around the contents. It seems no one range bag can hold all you need for every occasion.
Mec Gar makes the factory mags for my CZ75 BD, and they sell them as aftermarket for the same. As far as I know, +you probably can't go wrong with them.
you cannot count on the bulls eye rash and the ramifications for not diagnosing and treating can be very severe. My kid went through almost a year of treatment, and luckily, he recovered. Needless to say, it was very expensive. I don't think mainstream medicine has a true handle on treating this...
Any advice on e tools for camping/hiking? Glock and Gerber both look pretty good. Wondering if anyone has advice on these or others? My son Is ROTC and has a pos surplus tool, says it is crap.
try The Gun Rack in Burtonsville. I picked up a slightly used CZ 75 BD for around 500, maybe 550. He is a CZ dealer and had a bunch coming in on backorder. I didn't feel like waiting and this one was very nice. I am glad I got it. He also sells mags (Mec-Gar?) that are maybe 30 bucks. The CZ...
