Where did all the Tree Rats go?
Hmmm… been seeing the same thing. When the squirrels were abundant, so were the raccoons, now all but a few are gone. Did not know about the pellets. Have a good Fall Season.- ZATO1414

I have not read all the posts, so please excuse me if I am asking a redundant question. What is the percentage of approved applications for the average citizen, not a business owner? Is there good reason for requesting a permit above the "It's my right..." line? Thank you.- ZATO1414
