I have a Guided hunting trip in Hemingway South Carolina that unfortunately due to my father in law being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and is currently laid up in the hospital with a very short time left to survive I will not be able to go, the hunt is for two people, my brother in law and...
We're hunting at exotic island hunts tomorrow, we are hunting Carolina hogs, We have a friend that broke his foot this morning and will not be able to go. So I am putting this on MDSHOOTERS to see if anyone is interested, we are leaving at 6am tomorrow am and will be back by early evening. Cost...
Their actually called Carolina hogs, no where do they advertise they are wild, what was explained to me by Steve the owner was they are purchased from the Amish who actually do let them loose in their woods for some time before re-capturing and turning loose on the island.
Petting Zoo......lol. I've been there 3 times..... once ran up a tree the other two times walked around for 4+ hours to find the pigs. Much more pigs and the guides seem to be a lot better.
Im not sure how many acres but its about 1/2 mile long and about 600 yards wide, no weapon restrictions, except no spears and no knife hunting, must be a bow or firearm .223 or larger
We also go to exotic island hunts in Pa. in late fall for their hog hunts, only downfall is it's considered high fence cause their released on a private island in the middle of the Susquehanna river, upside is they are real tasty!!
Yea go to south Carolina, try waccamaw hunting services their right outside of myrtle beach. Owners name is Rick. Myself and 3-4 other friends go every year always stay for 3 days, we always bring back a minimum of 1 per person, but most of the time it's 2-3 per person. If your interested we...
planned on looking at it early tomorrow between 9-10 may have a friend that lives in ohio to take 1/3 of it, but he would only hunt gun season, would leave the rest of the season open to two MD residents. Let me know everyone.....times a tickin.
Only want 1-2 extra responsible hunters to split the lease, would actually really prefer only 1 but it's down to crunch time and it's easier asking someone to give up $600 than $900. Property owner wants long term so if all goes well the property owner will allow many years of hunting for us!
