      Just finished a quick talk with Chairman Vallario 20 minutes ago. He said he was planning on going over SB281 at 1 pm tomorrow, Friday 3/29. Disclaimer: this is prelim info, it is supposed to be a joint committee meeting and meeting rooms are not finalized. So its not 100% confirmed yet...
