Looks like my checks were also finished today. I submitted on Friday and everything but the MVA Photo and DHMH was completed before the weekend. They were finally completed today. Now the wait.
I submitted my DD214 as a jpg and it was accepted. I didn't notice if there was a size limit, but I kept it under 1MB and didn't have any issues with the upload.
It's been working fine for me all day. I submitted everything yesterday around 1pm. Within 1 hour everything was completed except for the MVA Photo and DHMH. They still haven't been competed, so I suspect there may not be anyone working on them over the weekend.
