      I have a great memory, it’s just short. I’m selling a Garand here. Is it legal for 2 Maryland C&R holders to privately transfer the rifle w/o going through a FFL? I think I recall a FFL is still required.. Thanks .

      F. This does not help Maryland..... The Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday granted the state attorney general's request to keep part of the law that bars people from carrying handguns in “sensitive places” in effect. More here...

      My last renewal was just approved in April and I have my new HGP valid through 2025. My G&S and restriction is ‘valid while maintaining employment ..... for the DOD’.
