Wasn't trying to scare you, just giving a heads up, lol. There are much easier/accommodating places to launch especially if you're taking family out. Crabs also seem to be very hit or miss in this area as well. I would still plan on arriving very early though...even earlier on the weekends. Best...
I've seen it packed from the landing all the way out to where the road starts to bend to the left by camptown rd...gotta be at least a 1/2 mile or more. I avoid that place like the plague.
I went to one on the Eastern Shore and did ok. With the limited spots available over here I'm lucky I got anything...drew #10 and most everything was already locked up at that point.
Thanks for the replies. I hate to get rid of it, but I just don't use it and hate to see it collecting dust. I'd rather see someone getting some use out of it.
I'm thinking about getting rid of the one I have that's been sitting around collecting dust. Anybody know what a fair asking price would be? 7/10 condition...stock has scuffs, pea sized spot of surface rust on barrel. Cheap scope.
I think you are correct. I dug around online and by the type/design of tang stamp on the knives they are from 1946-1973. I'm sure there are other ways to narrow it down further, but that's as close as I could find for now.
