      NICS isn’t the day it was assigned to the investigator. If you hit print on the application it will have the NICS date at the top.

      I believe they have by Maryland law 90 days. But 30 days would be a time for required action. Because after that they have to run a new NICS check. Again me saying 30 days from NICS to approval is just based off of our data. It’d be great to have more data. Seems a majority don’t get assigned...

      There have been people in here, approved on Saturday and Sundays. As far as NICS that is calendar days.
