      Yugo M24/47 or M48?

      These are pictures of the cracked hand guard on the M48 that I just received yesterday. Aside from the cracked hand guard, the bore is very dark, it looks like it needs to be recrowned, and the bolt is really sticky. On the plus side, all matching numbers!

      Yes, fairly in the morning on Friday. I included my Driver's licence, dob, and name (I don't know how they file the stuff, so I thought I would make it as easy as possible for her to find it). She came back early afternoon with the news. I suspect the paper will actually arrive sometime next week.

      Nice to hear someone else is a gun owner in North Potomac. When my neighbor moved I thought I was the last one. Anyone from this part of MoCo ever go to Myrtle Grove? I'd like to go but it seems like it would require a bit of planning, and after some of the stories I've heard about the place...

      That's very true, but it would shift the trade off between a little extra travel time vs being able to bring your own ammo and a nicer facility that's in better repair. Although... how long will it take before their ceiling is as shot up as Gilbert's? :-D
