      Blackhawk knoxx stock...

      Question about regulated arms...

      From what I understand, AR-15s and their like are regulated in Maryland, requiring extra paperwork? Does that apply to out-of-state long gun sales as well? Say I went up to Atlantic and wanted to buy a stripped lower, would I have to deal with an extra wait/paperwork? (ESVA resident)
