      If all goes as planned when we plan to leave our house, it should take 2 hours for us to hit the 50/301 junction. So we'd be hitting it around 8:30-9:00, on a Saturday. Shore traffic can be fickle, but I'm hoping the wind is at our back and that there are no damn car shows...

      Drove up to Snow Hill today, saw a whole bunch of surveyors (one decided to test my brakes, even, by running across the road, even though he saw me coming...) Guess they're for real about this. It's going to jack up my commute to one of my accounts. Glad I'm paid hourly for the travel time...

      Trouble with breaking down Glock 17

      FNX-9/40 Drop mag, lock slide back, turn takedown lever 90 degrees, pull back on slide to let the catch down, and let it forward slowly. Very easy, no trigger pulling, can be done with safety on or off. Certainly seems easier than what was described for the glock.

      EDC Knife - Once and Done

      +1 for Emerson. Love my CQC-15. Thing's bomb proof. Bit of a pain to sharpen, but fine otherwise. Broke the tip dropping it onto the warehouse floor at work (cement, and it took a piece of the cement out as well...), and they took care of me. He stands by his products.
