Florida Stand Your Ground Law Ruled Unconstitutional

If so, it's absurdly wrong. Legislatures amend law to reverse court rulings all the time. It has never been considered outside the legislature's power before.

      What about National reciprocity?

Hawaii doesn't issue permits at all, so they'd probably do the same, or just eliminate permits entirely to prevent out of staters from using theirs. California has begun the process of restricting their best-in-class prohibited places list by adding grade schools to the list, so they'd probably...

The polls are 100% fake, get out and vote!

Fake polls not only serve to depress Trump voters, they cover for vote fraud. After all if our fake poll said Hilly was going to win by 20 points then the millions of fraudulent votes required to make it so must be good votes.

      I'm not getting them either.

En banc Decision in Peruta -- a loss

Yes, but the purpose of voter registration is, or would be if we weren't being governed by traitors, to make sure only eligible voters vote. Non-citizens, felons, people voting in multiple precincts, and the dead shouldn't count. They don't do it in order to prevent you from voting. Unlike the...

En banc Decision in Peruta -- a loss

Not stupid, evil. Yes, that's their endgame, and they won't wait for what happens at SCOTUS. They'll take Nichols and gut him.

En banc Decision in Peruta -- a loss

No they don't. Remember this is CA9 we're talking about. There is zero chance they fail to squash open carry with a public safety carveout.

En banc Decision in Peruta -- a loss

They didn't. There's no question their next ruling (Nichols) will kill off open carry.

En banc Decision in Peruta -- a loss

I doubt MD legislators have any real objection to this sort of thing. They certainly think like CA legislators when it comes to citizen self-defense.

En banc Decision in Peruta -- a loss

In strategy terms, they didn't quash open carry now because they want us to waste even more time and money getting an open carry case up to them. There's zero possibility they'll uphold a right to open carry or significantly impact California's open carry ban.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

The only reason Obama would consider a Republican is if they were a Trojan horse. Congress should not be fooled if Sandoval is formally nominated.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

Sandoval signed an awful corporate tax into law and he's a union favorite. Standard progressive stuff. I assume anybody Obama is considering wants to eviscerate the 2A whether they admit it or not, so I wouldn't trust him on guns either.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

Maybe. Somebody on the Heller 5 flipped otherwise we wouldn't be seeing all these cert denials. Roberts is as good a candidate as any to flip.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

Obama won't nominate anyone who doesn't believe in absolute government power, whether they will admit it in public or not (like Kagan).

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

Liberals don't respect stare decisis unless it's convenient for them.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

The Republicans would be fools to take the bait. A conviction is not guaranteed but confirming Lynch would be a guaranteed Progressive disaster.

      SCOTUS Justice Scalia passes today...

Naturally I'm talking about the anti-gun side. Gun cases rarely survive to SCOTUS as a win for the pro-gun side, the appeals courts use whatever shady methods they can to nullify every pro-gun ruling that emanates from district court. Peruta has no doubt already been eviscerated by CA9 (they're...

He doesn't need to, 4-4 has the same functional result as 4-3.
