I made this out of some stone I liberated from a mountainous region I frequent when camping. The trick is, if you don't want your pit to explode, use fire-resistant rocks. I know that's not a thing, but some rocks will explode/pop when exposed to sustained heat. When researching how to build one...
I'm an 870 man myself (I know, who the F am I right? Lol!). Reason being, I've used the 870 all my life, and have had a few problems with extraction on a few, but other than that, no issues. The 500 on the other hand, is a dangerous piece of absolute trash. I've been firing/maintaining the 500's...
This question may have already been addressed, but the search button turned up nada. I am currently a VA resident, and as a resident, I have a legal-in-VA M4gery. Can I legally take this to sight in on a MD range? Thanks for any advice.
I just got done perusing the pages in this thread, and I think it just twitched a little :D :brows:
I'm not a current NFA item owner, but I am interested in a threaded barrel for my 92FS so I can get a can for her one of these tax seasons.
Good to see that manners are still being taught in the household nowadays. While not in MD, when I was TDY in Indiana a couple years back, I saw something along these lines. I was with a coworker at a Steak 'n Shake. This punk looking teenager and his buddies walked in, and I thought to...
Good afternoon all,
I hope this post isn't considered solicitation/spam, but I wanted to extend a 10%-15% discount to those MDS members who may need some repair work to their roof who live on the Rt. 3/Rt. 301 side of VA.
I was born and raised in MD, but since Oh Sally took over, I...
Aside from a re-class to 91G (Fire Control Systems Repairer), I spent all 10 years of my service as a 91F. It's a good gig if you can land a spot within the Federal Technician program the Guard has. I was a WG-09 stepped out for about 6 years in MD and have been a Fed Tech as a SAR in DC for 2...
If anyone is ever in the Elkridge area around where 175 and 108 meet, there is Waterloo Pizza and Subs which makes the best damn cheesesteak in the world. Their seasoned fries are awesome as well. Also, I admittedly haven't read the entire thread, but Maria D's on Light St. in Baltimore makes...
The highlighted portion reminded me of a site I "used to use" to get a rise out of some people :D The button is 3rd up from the far right side (rant etc) which fits this to a tee! (You have to hit the "continue" button before it takes you to the board)

My buddy literally lives a couple doors down from your place. I'll be there tomorrow. Also a quick question; are you sure it's ok to park at the BK? After dark they seem to tow pretty regularly. Besides that, are you open during the week around 3 or 4 p.m.???
The rig pictured below is a stock 700P in .308 with an EGW 20 MOA base, badger standard scope rings, Nightforce NXS 5.5X22X50, harris bipod, and a pelican for her to travel in. Total said and done cost was $3100.00. I got a great deal on the rifle itself at $800. The scope literally cost twice...
No way for the "pay a fee to vote" angle. That would violate the 24th amendment (LINK). I agree wholeheartedly however that a picture ID should be MANDATORY, be a verified tax payer/land owner, or an other than dishonorably discharged veteran be able to vote.
A lot already have: List
Following LaRue tacticals lead I believe (even though Barrett did it as well yers ago). The list shows anti-New York sales, but they have since been extended to ALL municipalities that adopt these draconian laws. :party29:
