Who has the best suppressor prices?
Check out silencershop. They work with several local ips. You buy through the website and do your fingerprints and such at the shop. Once your paperwork comes back you pick it up at the local ip too.- xdmdude

Pre-Oct 2013 lower non-HBAR build?
I'm not a lawyer, but you should be good to go. I think you would have had to take possession prior to October 1 though, not just purchased them that day. If your "not disapproved" came back after October 1 you might be stuck with HBARs. It's all very confusing!- xdmdude

Is an AR-10 the best gun for me?
Have you considered just getting another upper for your ar? 6.8 or 300 BO should do pretty well in MD. If it's just for hunting by the time you build/buy a basic ar10 you probably will have spent enough for a nice bolt gun. As far as modular rifles go, check out the new Ruger precision rifle...- xdmdude

Check out the nutnfancy review on YouTube. He loves it. I've handled it at a gun shop before. They are pretty sweet if you aren't getting an ar-15, but still not known for being extremely reliable. -
