Honestly never heard of ranges rejecting hi cap mags in harford or baltimore counties,some ranges frown upon "rapid fire" as they like to call it,and a few indoor ranges require frangible ammo.
I bought a 100 round box of winchester 9mm luger rounds about 2 years ago that had 1 bullet loaded backwards like that. Quite interesting thing to find,my father has it on his bullet shelf.
