Since MD law hasn't changed, this shouldn't be an issue as far as I can tell. The classification of 'firearm' vs. rifle technically has legal justification. If MD decides to adopt that any/all braces are stocks this would change the classification. Might want to talk to a lawyer for this though...- Tihsho

So are you basically asking if you can have something like a Colt 6920 with a brace and it being compliant? A rifle length upper on lower that has a brace would technically define it as a 'firearm' as there is no stock, it would neither be a rifle or a pistol.- Tihsho

This is the issue. 99% of people with an NFA Trust use it solely to manage their NFA items for access for family/friends or for estate management of their NFA items. I've yet to see it brought up, in here or another post (if I missed it, my bad) but the 'free' Form 1 process is ONLY for individual applications and not Trusts. If your pistol was not purchased/registered to a Trust prior to the ruling, then you will not be able to get the grandfathered 'free'...- Tihsho

I should clarify as some of the posts made clear I forgot something. For those using a progressive press, which scales do you use to calibrate your powder thrower? What 9mm upper for my QC10 lower?
I went with a custom upper for my QC10 carbine. Check >>>THIS<<< out if you want a solid upper to slap on and go though. BCG is already cut for Glock mags too ;) It's on my list if I find another QC10 lower locally as I want to build an SBR.
