      I just bought a 110 FCP-SR from the Savage Custom Shop in 6.5x284 Norma 26" fluted heavy barrel. Check the ballistics it outperforms a .300 Win Mag out at 1000 yds. Idk about a mile though.       Maverick 88 - Finding a shorter/smaller stock

      You will be better served with a 500 not an 88.       No it did not come with any instructions but i have the manual for mine (square deal B model) and that is all i need. plus i take pictures with my I phone as i break it down to assist in the rebuilding of it. I have not had to rebuild mine yet but i break it down annually to clean it and lube it...

      I'm a left handed Kimber Custom II 1911 shooter and I bought my ambi safety from Wilson combat. I did have to file fit it in. I strongly suggest using Jewelers files.       Would Solder Hold?

      Use Silver solder also you should use a Lapidary/ Jeweler's torch. Too much heat and you will anneal the part making it soft and weak. Good luck Phipp

      Currently I'm using a vibratory tumbler, walnut shell with a bit of Nu Finish Car polish to clean my brass. It works great but could do a bit better on the flash holes. I bought 5lbs of stainless .47 pellet pins. Question is: Has anyone used stainless pins in a dry media? If so how did it work...
