As if you ever see a DNR officer on public land anyhow. All the times I've seen people using buckshot for deer in Frederick county in Cherrington or Monocacy.
It's just the nature of the beast. I imagine 2 out of every 5 times I go hunting on public land I get irritated; but I've also surely irritated other people as well. Better hunting public land than not hunting at all.
