      Hardened arms review

      I have been looking at all kind of complete uppers to complete a build. While I'm not sure what the final build will be, I came across Hardened arms. I did a search and found a few members own and an IP is selling their uppers. Can anyone give a review on them from experience?

      I heard on the news this morning, Anne Arundel county is looking to pass a bill making tasers legal to carry for self defense. Do you think it is a step closer for the average Joe getting a permit or do you think that they are going for an alternative?
