      Buckmark Firing pin indent/misfires?

      I read that Browning made the barrels this way, with an indent where the firing pin hits. I do know that dry-firing causes a dinged chamber breech. I never dry-fire, but of course, sometimes their is a FTFeed and it happens. Have read that the ding can cause feeding and extraction problems...

      The last few times out, my Hi Power not extracting. Empty case pulled partially out and new round trapped underneath. Chamber and extractor clean, so I assume it needs a new extractor. Any chance the recoil spring is the cause? Thanks

      CZ 82: broken firing pin

      I was shooting my CZ 82 the other day, and it "jammed". The firing pin was sticking out and wouldn't let the round feed. A fellow shooter had it figured out right away. We took it apart, and pulled the pin out. Yep..broken. I did order a replacement from Apex and it's on the way!
