I saw the video earlier, before I saw the post. Notice the light beside the fingerprint sensor and how long it takes to turn from green to red (presumably from safe to ready to fire). That means you'd have to make the fire decision when an assailant was about 50' away. And that's in addition...

Expensive, yes kinda'. But every item is on sale at least once a year, and by sale I'm talking about the 25% of full price range. So just like at Christmas I make my list, check it twice, then wait for the sale. And if you're getting an audio only course you can download it and save some...
Anybody else notice that even their instructions for submitting comments is screwed up? They tell you to go the website listed and follow the instructions. But all you get is an email popup. That's nice, I guess, but not what they said. ATF: Oh, we're supposed to give accurate instructions...
(Warning: serious response)There aren't clear answers to your questions and this is a significant concern for those who do piano and organ restoration work. The American Institute of Organbuilders has devoted a lot of effort trying to trying to get the various parts of the federal government to...
Cost less, yes. I have my grandfather's cap and ball rifle that was made by a local blacksmith. He bought it used for $.25. The thing weighs 14 pounds, in significant part due to the approx. 1" cylinder of lead in the stock used to partially balance the weight of the soft iron barrel. I...
Most often I use a pair of Under Armour batting gloves. They aren't quite as warm as I would like but I compensate with the hand warmer packets already mentioned. I like most the grip they give on cold, slick metal. I'd really be upset if I dropped my skeet gun on the concrete.
As a side comment, the nature of the questions and discussion demonstrates how sloppily our legislators work. If they were serious about their business then they would research reality (as in, what kind of garments are available for purchase) and consider such obvious questions when they write...
Unless you're shooting NRA style competition targets then you shouldn't be a fan of the six o'clock hold. It isn't meant for field use but it's a big help for precision and repeatability against a black bulls eye as someone else mentioned.
I've got a pair of Browning Citori skeet guns in 12 and 20 ga. I load my 12 ga shells to 7/8 oz and 1,200 fps so it's essentially a 20ga load in a 12 ga gun. It has less recoil than the real 20 ga that's 1 pound lighter. The 7/8 oz loads work fine in my 390 too, though a Benelli I borrowed...
So said the man in Bismarck, ND. Just a .22 saved his life but later he said he planned to get a bigger gun with more bullets. Smart people, those North Dakotans...
David Craig has a solid history of good public service without being what I call a "professional" politician. City Council, Mayor, Delegate, Senator, and County Exec. Oh, all that mixed in with 34 years as teacher and Asst Prin. Yes he has irritated the teacher union because he didn't roll...
