      Best 5.56/.223 ammo?

      I have a 5.56 Colt AR-15 and have ran ball ammo for target practice.I've bought different brands of .223 ammo to ping around at the range and it is good just for that... target practicing. Now for all the Guru's here at MDS, what is a good quality ammo for the type of ammo you may want to have...
