      Utah CCW Fingerprint card

      I took the CCW training to get an out of state Utah CCW permit, but I need to send them a passport photo and a Blue and White fingerprint card. My local cop station told me to pound sand, try the MSP. Anyone know a place that is a bit more cooperative in their public service?
