I got the Anker 521 and a BigBlue folding 36W solar panel during the July Prime sale. The Anker was discounted $100. Had been looking at the 535 for a while, but this was a nice deal.
I have a little Ryobi propane genie I usually run at my cabin to charge up batteries, and run a small fan, but...
Fatboy's Pizza Shack in Frostburg had signs up allowing legal carry within when I was in town for the permit classes. The pizza was very good as well. Will go back when I’m out that way.
I think this one said till noon, but you never know with these things.
On a different, unrelated site this week there was a similar post about scheduled maintenance till 9PM. I don’t think I have them mixed up, but it’s possible. If it’s not up by early afternoon then I guess I do.

Yes, it looks like the process has slowed a bit compared to earlier in the year.
But a suit going after the use of taxpayer funds for unconstitutional law might be a possibility according to this. Could be another way to attack it.
“Given that taxpayers bear the cost of defending unconstitutional laws, an alternative route would be to seek recourse based on inappropriate...
I believe I heard him say “74” at one point, so I believe speeding was the cause for the stop.
PA v. Mimms says that they can order everyone out of a vehicle.
To make it easier/harder however you look at it, keep your serial numbers out of reach of the plain view doctrine. To me, he gave it to them in the holster. They had to commit an action to view the serial number, ie took it out of the holster, so that means it was not within plain view.
In the...
You didn’t read anything of the SCOTUS case I cited, did you?
There are steps before a seizure can take place. Or we will see you in court. They can disarm for officer safety, aka a Terry frisk. But they don’t automatically have the right to run the serial #. That goes against our...
Individual LEO need to be educated that they themselves can be found liable in civil rights violations.
As I’ve stated many times, we often hear that ignorance is no excuse for the law. That works both ways.
SCOTUS has taken a dim view with “running serial numbers just because they can” in...
Agreed.
How is it safer to constantly disarm, comply with safe storage proposals, leave it in your vehicle where there is a risk of it being stolen, than just having the weapon remain on your person? MGA wants to make it so problematic that you choose to not exercise that right.
It’s going to...

Now the long wait.
Last 2 in PA were 12 and 15 minutes from parking a block away, to driving away. 5 previous before that took just a little longer. At one point the pic machine they used did...
“I have nothing illegal” is another reply I’ve seen used, and recommended.
Yes, never offer any form of consent, jokingly, sarcastically, or any other way, to avoid creating an affirmative defense for their actions. At that point, the less said, the better.
Of course, all this sounds good...
Definitely. Accessibility of your own video is instant, verses having to wait weeks or months for their video and files, if they release anything at all. Active investigation, lost or malfunctioning video, forgot to activate, many ways to delay or deny.
Seems like that caused added delay in the length of the detention. At some point that in itself is a rights violation, even if the stop is legal. Having multiple weapons, taking the extra time these officers jokes about, could extend it past what is considered reasonable.
He was compliant, with...
