      Bill (DE SB2) would require training, permit to buy handguns

      It’s growing, just not quickly fortunately. OR passed permit to acquire firearms by ballot measure last year, but it’s stuck in the courts. WA tried to pass one this session, but it got watered down to just showing proof of training.
