      Bianchi v Frosh

Exactly right, IMO. It took what, a month plus to get G&S removed from the W&C Application process? Where other states rescinded it almost overnight. They want to see what they can get away with, and are too cowardly to go Balls In like Hi, NY and CA.

      Portable solar powered power generators

I've been looking at these for several years on and off (no pun intended), primarily for "normal" power outages. So far none really meet my needs. As far as a survival, SHTF situation like a Carrington-level event, bear in mind that none to very few of the support services we have (like pump...

"Sensitive" places restrictions on wear and carry currently that should not be.

Absent starting a new thread, I guess this is a good place to post some good press... Baltimore columnist accidentally makes a case for concealed carry

MSP Got one... Instructor caught cutting corners, permits invalidated.

To further quote you, "If they can’t then they shouldn’t be instructing." The marketplace and/or MSP will weed out the incompetents.

MSP Got one... Instructor caught cutting corners, permits invalidated.

And that's the crux of the discussion. The law says 16 hours. If you spend 15 hours watching Bugs Bunny cartoons and one hour on the range, you have satisfied the legal requirement. Until some knowledgeable entity provides a POI or syllabus of required topics, the requirement just showcases the...

MSP Got one... Instructor caught cutting corners, permits invalidated.

Doesn't the state already do that with on-line Hunter Safety training?

MSP Got one... Instructor caught cutting corners, permits invalidated.

This is what you get when imbeciles write a law. As Sgt. Pickle keeps stressing: "The law says 16 hours of training." That's about the end of the hard and fast specific requirements.

      Gun belt with steel core

Why would you wear a steel core belt through a metal detector if you're not CCWing? It defies logic. Right tool for the job and all that. BTW, I've been wearing Alien Gear steel core belts for a year or so with no issues. The cost is competitive with the Bigfoot belt, and they're made in the US.
