They are contacting an NFA lawyer but are complying right now.

One thing to check that makes a big difference with 300bo is the spring length. I had one that we couldn't get to cycle and were chasing gas system problems which turned out to be a buffer spring...

Yes, this can be pinned and welded to make it legal length for no stamp required. That's the purpose of it.

This one is 30 cal, we are testing both 556 and 30. Uses regular spacers in between...
