NSA rules require the club to maintain 50% DOD membership if memory serves. I was a member until around 2003. Before 9/11, it was much easier to access the ranges.

Put a Lee factory crimp die in the number four position for crimping. The size die in position three should be backed off so it doesn't crimp. This will solve your problem.
