The only practical way is to get an ffl to ship usps. Non dealers can only use fedex or ups overnight air and its about 100 bucks.

I don't know what they do to it because no other spicy food has that effect. Its unfortunate but kind of ruins them for me. Their new chicken sandwich is good but was way over breaded in my opinion....
