I heard from my friend they are using bull lips for crab bait. It is really sturdy bait you can reuse it multiple times for entire season. But it is not so easy to find it.

I had a cheap Simmons and it was OK for archery as its real range is not more than 50 yards. So I replaced it with Leupold RX-650 which is good up to 500 yards. Very happy with this one!...

Got lucky tonight, was able to harverst large doe. Near G'burg, on friend's private property. With this heat it was tolerable on the treestand but dragging it was exhausting.
