My 650 wonít dispense powder consistently unless itís belling the case mouth. If I run previously resized and belled cases though again to throw charges itís plus or minus 0.2 grains.

Yeah, I have the same issue with using steel pins to clean 45 Auto brass. It hasn’t been a problem with case life or accuracy, so I haven’t done anything about it.
