AR 9 broken bolt catch

Just finished an AR 9 build and ran into a problem.

Engage colt pattern lower
Engage upper
ALG lower parts kit with ACT combat trigger
CMMG bolt
Pistol buffer tube
Tubbs flat wire spring...

Replaced the buffer spring with the Tubbs flat...

Replaced the buffer spring with the Tubbs flat wire and still the same issue. Ran short on time at the range and did not try changing to a standard carbine buffer with quarters. I'll give that a go...

Can I use a carbine buffer in the A5 tube? Or should I pick up the A5 H1 buffer(4.56 oz)?, the h2 is 5.3 oz.

Unsupressed it does not eject the fired round, bolt goes back far enough to pick up the next round and jams. Same...
