But they don't know what you were going to build them into. 6.5 Grendel isn't an HBAR, .22 isn't an HBAR, .17 HMR isn't an HBAR there are many many options that do not involve HBAR?

Sealed box, oil, socks, desiccant. May not be perfect but your best bet.

As someone who does a lot of legislative drafting this is essentially a sneaky pete. Delete HBAR but not add.

I guess the short answer is buy HBARs cheap insurance.
