I think the entire LPK is out of spec. Upon close inspection, comparing a working spring/pin, this spring/pin are the right length but the spring is too thin. I know it's not the lower because:

I'm shooting tomorrow and wanted to switch lowers, one with one pistol brace, one with the other that's incompatible with the first's buffer tube.

Ok this LPK is terrible. The magazine catch is TIGHT in the receiver. Like I'd have to file it to get it to fit smoothly. And my aero lower is mil-spec. I guess I should return it, idk if BBP will...

I think the problem is the springs are too narrow and the pin's tip doesn't sit in it. I pulled out the pin/spring on my main rifle and the spring there is wider, same length spring and pin though....

Front detent pin not going in all of the way

I can't tell if this is a problem with the LPK or the lower. When I put the front detent pin/spring in, it's not going in far enough to put the front takedown pin in. My last and final attempt sent...

What parts do you think must be from spikes? Do you think just buying the bolt from them would get me by, and I can cheap out on everything else (or at least go with a different mfr)? I'm thinking...

This upper would be exclusively for an AR-9 lower with a Glock sized magwell. I would entertain the thought of buying separate mags if I ever temporarily swapped to a standard lower, but this upper...

The price jumped up from what was on their website. Idk if that's oversight on my part, but with an 8 month backorder, it's no huge loss for them if I cancel now. The backorder is so long they aren't...

Yeah it does take Glock mags.

I'm a wee bit concerned about compatibility - do AR-9 lowers have the same problems as AR-10, where there is no military standard, so switching up manufacturers will...

Help pricing out spikes 9mm upper

I have a 9mm lower from spikes, I figured I'd finish it with their 5.5" 9mm upper for reliability/completeness. They're backordered 8 months out so I figured I'll be able to afford it then.

That's what they want, then they'll be after AR-pistols (they've already attacked AK pistol imports). They're biding their time waiting for Biden, and possibly a split Senate.

Compliance is the only reason we have the gun control we already have. Isn't the whole message of patriot picket "we will not comply"? Mass non-compliance is a valuable tool.

I have a few pistol builds in mind and I'm trying to focus in on complete uppers right now, focusing on .22, 5.56, and 9mm. For .22/9mm I'm looking at lengths ideal to stay subsonic. For a .22...
