Your going to have to be careful of the diameter or else the front sight will be too high. Your target 22 is threaded? Real bloop tubes slide fit and are glued or clamp on.

I picked the 6.5 CM over the 6 because barrel life. I'm figuring the 6mm will yield 1500 rounds or so, 6.5 2500 rounds. NRA 1000 yard prone.

Thicker brass can lead to higher pressures. Work a thin piece up to max, thick piece might blow a primer. It's really internal volume that matters, but weight is a good indication of volume
